According to BelTA News Agency, Council of Ministers of the Republic of
Belarus signed decision #1229 on September 15, 2011
According to the decision Belarus abolishing daylight saving time.
Belarus will use current standart time zone (UTC+2) plus one hour -
UTC+3.
