Willing yes, short term anyway, but a good choice, no, or certainly not for
the long term, for the same reasons that I was never going to be the
co-ordinator for anything more than a short term.

For the backup you all should be finding someone much younger who is willing
(and hopefully able) to remain with the project for many years, and quite
probably take over after Paul has had enough (hopefully, for us, several,
or even many, years from now).
