A more authoritative source might be:
    http://www.iso.org/iso/iso-3166-1_decoding_table
(search for "Table 3:").

Unfortunately, the official country names are given in GREAT RUNES;
so, as a practical matter, one might want to use the Wikipedia list
as the primary source for generating machine-readable data (CSV
files, for example) and the ISO list for manual double checking.
