[tz] [PATCH] Update documentation.

Rune Torgersen runet at innovsys.com
Mon Nov 12 15:32:52 UTC 2012

Looks like
http://metlex.met.no/wiki/Sommertid
is the new URL.

Second paragraph (Sommertid).
Fra siste søndag i mars til siste søndag i oktober stilles klokka i Norge 2 timer før UTC. For eksempel kl 00UTC = kl 02 norsk tid. Om vinteren er forskjellen 1 time, det vil si at man i oktober må stille klokka tilbake én time og i mars én time frem. igjen.

Translates to
>From last Sunday in March, to last Sunday in October, the clock in Norway is set to two hours before UTC. Example, 00UTC is 02 Norwegian time. In the winter, the difference is 1 hour, that is, in October the clock must be set back one hour, and in March, one hour ahead again.

Then it goes on to say that meteorology uses UTC.
