The Knesset passed the amendments in the First Reading on Monday and
the law is expected to pass the Second and Third (final) readings
by the beginning of September thus affecting the end of the 2013 DST.

For those who read Hebrew, the proposed law can be viewed at:

     ftp://ftp.cs.huji.ac.il/pub/tz/israel/announcements/2013+new.pdf

Hence, I have attached the context diff to tzdata2013c/asia with the
new regulations.

I will update the list when the law is finalised or if there are any
unexpected changes.
