That would be simpler only in a world where there are no
serious political disputes.  Unfortunately this is not the
world we are living in, as recent emails to this forum make
clear.  It's not our charter to discuss or decide these
political disputes, and it'll be better if we avoid such
discussions and disputes in the future.
