then I'm sorry for calling you pedantic.

This is not a democracy. You're free to ignore me. Or even remove me
from your "tzdb at yahoogroups.com" list, though that will mainly have the
effect of preventing _me_ from seeing _your_ emails if you find yourself
banned from the tz list again. (For the record, I did not agree with
your being banned, but it does say something about the relative
thickness of the ice we are each standing on)
