You can get three or four states at a time - they don't seem to have any
data for Indiana (Ohio and Illinois loaded around it)

Is there a way to get it to run on a dataset consisting of only
countries, states, and counties (and equivalent divisions of other
countries), I'm wondering if the reason it takes so long is because it's
searching through every little parking lot.
