Has it been made available as an overlay for OSM yet?

You sent me a link before and I'd completely forgotten about it. I remember now 
what the problem was. With the rather crude outlines some edge cases are not 
actually covered? Holyhead for instance. It needs to be relations in OSM using 
the mapped country boundaries which is why I said that 'countries' was available 
as a search filter currently.
