Thanks, and sorry about the long delay.  The patch's data said "1963", 
but since this detail predates 1970 and the actual history is obscure 
it's better to just make this a link to Indian/Reunion.  Also, contrary 
to the existing commentary in the 'antarctica' file, it seems to be more 
common to see the name with a space instead of a hyphen, e.g., the usage 
in <http://www.taaf.fr/La-base-Alfred-Faure>, 
<http://spidr.ngdc.noaa.gov/spidrvo/viewdata.do?docname=GeomStationsCZT>, <http://www.whoi.edu/science/B/people/sjenouvrier/JENOUVRIER_LAB/Blog/Entries/2012/11/18_Stephanie__Base_Alfred_Faure.html>. 
  So I pushed the attached proposed patch into the experimental version 
on github.
