Hi,
...and keeping with the strict policy of giving 2 months notice, Fiji Government just released the following statement saying that DST will start Nov 2 this year. 13 days notice, by my calculation.

Two months notice would be good. It would mean that Fiji won't start DST before December 14.

Although they've done better since 2012, it's a bit of an exaggeration to say that they always give two months notice.
