Thanks for the heads-up.  From my basic knowledge of French, phrases
like "envisage de pratiquer" and "pourrait adopter" make it seem like this
is simply under consideration, rather than any finalized decision.

Indeed, from the equivalent English-language article from the same agency,
it seems "[t]he [South Korean] government is *considering* introducing
daylight saving time next summer to kick-start domestic demand." (emphasis
added)
