   On 2015-06-09 16:39, Paul Eggert quoted in the propsed patch:

   This would (probably) make the switch on 2015-07-19 go
   from 03:00 to 04:00 rather than from 02:00 to 03:00, as
   in the patch. Hence, the comment is confusing.

   I think the patch is correct and the quoted text is wrong;
   the text in [http://lnt.ma/le-maroc-reculera-dune-heure-le-dimanche-14-juin/]
   agrees with the patch.
