Google site:gov.tc/pressoffice/907-public-notice-daylight-savings-time-dst (home
to magic disappearing press releases) and look at Cached document for contents:

"22 Aug 2017 PUBLIC NOTICE - DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME (DST)

The public is hereby advised that following extensive consultations across the
Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI), Cabinet has taken a decision on July 19, 2017
for the reintroduction of seasonal time change in the Turks and Caicos Islands
to have Daylight Saving Time (DST) during the summer months and standard time,
otherwise known as local time during the winter months and for the same to take
effect on March 11, 2018.

The reinstatement of the observation of Daylight Savings Time (DST), will return
the TCI to the same schedule as most of the eastern United States and Canada.
Effective Sunday, March 11th 2018, Turks and Caicos will observe daylight saving
time, and will adjust time one hour forward."
