No, as that roadway sign says "CENTRAL WESTERN TIME ZONE", not "ACWST", 
and the sign does not contain any abbreviation. Although the sign's 
phrase suggests the abbreviation "CWTZ", I don't see that abbreviation 
as being in common use.
