Today's Toronto Star reports on the two-week daylight saving time interlude in 
Orillia, Ontario. Today's article doesn't mention the same newspaper's 
1997-10-14 article on the same topic, and it's not clear what's new this time 
around. Still, the story is amusingly told. Proposed patch attached.
