[tz] Israel Timezone query

Looks like the OP is with LG Electronics 
and the pic may be from a telco ticket, 
so they should contact their Android upstream 
in Google or wherever about whatever UI change 
bothers them.
Would help if they'd pasted the whole ticket 
to provide some context and relevance.
