[tz] Regarding Wikipedia entry

Presumably by "timezone page" you meant "page for the ISO 3166-2 values for the subdivisions of the country referred to by the country code in question"; the [[ISO-3166-2:xx]] pages have nothing to do with the tzdb.  For example, [[ISO_3166-2:CI]] links to

	https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2:CI

which is the page for "the entry for the Ivory Coast in ISO 3166-2, giving the subdivisions of the Ivory Coast and their ISO 3166-2 values"; [[ISO_3166-1:CI]] links to

	https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivory_Coast

So why *should* the link go to a page giving ISO 3166-2 codes for the subdivisions of the country in question - which do *not* necessarily correspond to tzdb zones - rather than to the page for the country in question?
