support the quoted comment from Juncker's ZDF interview that respondents want to
stay on "summer time" year round, although that could be a mistranslation of his
words, a reflection of the stated desires of the departments holding the
consultation, or that the majority of the respondents were German, who may
prefer an earlier start than EU citizens in higher latitudes, with too much
summer evening daylight, and would prefer standard time.
