The current rec is

It still demands 1 ms.

TF.460 is not about generic broadcasts of content, it is about
broadcasts whose specific purpose is to be precision time signals.
But most devices which provide access to precise values of UTC obtain
that using newer technologies, not from these radio broadcasts.
