Not finding any links to an online gazette or decrees, only news articles on
government sites. English and Spanish translations seem to lag a few days behind
the French and Arabic posts.

Note that GMT+1 (rather than WEST/WET) seems to be consistently used as the
abbreviation for times on government communications and sites.
Dates used are mainly Gregorian even in Arabic and Berber script articles,
although laws and decrees officially use the AH date.
