Thanks. I installed the attached two patches about time in long-ago Belgium. The 
first incorporates a fix for the problem you mention, and also improves the 
citation for the 1914/1917 timestamps in Belgium. The second quotes the 
satirical song sung in Brussels in November 1914, which I mentioned a few days ago.
