This is particularly marvelous because during the production of that
film the BIH was deciding to re-set all of its atomic time scales in a
fashion as arbitrary as the dialog such that the values of all their
atomic time scales (including A3 which became TAI) were
(UT2 - AnyBIHatomicTimeScale) = -1.4123 s at the epoch 1961-01-01T20:00:00
