this is the new Brasil announcement...

We used the tzdb-2019a.tar.lz<https://data.iana.org/time-zones/releases/tzdb-2019a.tar.lz> (452.2kb)

It seems they are ok for this year 2019 since I did not see any change DST for incoming Nov.

Am I correct?
When the new table are planned?
