Example http://api.geonames.org/timezone?lat=47.01&lng=10.2&username=demo
Produces unrendered XML (CSS somewhere) from which I can copy-and-paste
zoneinfo path.

On Mojave, I enabled "Full Disk Access" for Termimal.
