[tz] Indian Continent

Dear Sir
Indian is very large country with over 130 billion population with 28
states and over fifty major cities including Mumbai.
However in your catalog list for India in tz list , we have only as
Asia/Calcutta.
Can you kindly introduce in python in tz it should locate the place and th
local time,
