# From Alexander Krivenyshev (2014-03-17):
# time change at 2:00 (2am) on March 30, 2014

# From Paul Eggert (2014-03-30):
# Simferopol and Sevastopol reportedly changed their central town clocks

Here is the news about russia initiative to revoke independence of
Lithuania (https://www.lrt.lt/en/news-in-english/19/1714852/russia-s-duma-mulls-revoking-recognition-of-lithuanian-independence)
If tomorrow russia have the news abuot changing time in Lithuania,
will you update the uncomping repo to include this change?!

And from the Theory file:
| Most timezones correspond to a notable location and the database
| records all known clock transitions for that location; some
| timezones correspond instead to a fixed UTC offset.

The Theory does not take sides, it is the person who makes the change does.

Please do not consider it any personal implication, but the number of
previously neglected requests about Ukraine only supports the
intolerance.
