Hi everyone.
A couple of minutes ago they announced that the new rules *will not take
effect* this March. However, the decision is on its way to become final in
the coming weeks. They just said that it will not happen in the coming
shift.
Its reason wasn't about the IT industry at all. The Guardian Council has
yet to decide on it and the government should implement it within 15 days
of their approval, which causes them to miss the deadline!

Please read it on the news as well:

Kind regards,
Ali Tofighi
