Thank you. That information has been in TZDB since release 2022e dated 
2022-10-11, so no change should be needed to TZDB data now.

The next time the Syrian government changes the clock rules, please let 
us know as soon as you can, so that there is time to update TZDB and 
propagate its data to the world's cell phones, computers, and other 
devices. Ideally you'd give us at least a year's notice before Syria's 
clocks change.
