Arce Jofré, and I'm from Argentina, and this e-mail message is for tell you about the time zone change in Argentina recently -- the law that established DST was derogated recently due to an evaluation of the government about more waste of energy than before.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I cut the Argentina part in the southamerica file and send it separately, I think it's the best way.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I corrected the time zone data and the name of a district, Distrito Federal (DF) for Capital Federal (CF), the correct name in Argentina.</FONT></P>
