As far as I can remember it was in PowerToys, not KernelToys. KernelToys
are for the
<br>W95 kernel and you can (I did, to my cost) do a reasonable amount of
damage to the
<br>NT kernel if you try to install kerneltoys on NT.
<p>Powertoys, on the other hand, work quite nicely under NT and give you
some nice
<br>features. Unfortunately however, the Timezone utility doesn't, however,
work on NT.
