can't confirm the final date for time change, as you know this depends on the
new moon of Ramadan appearance as per Hijiri calendar. but most properly it will
be at 24 of Sep. 2006. So, if the government decided time change based
on the Hijiri system then we also need to change this again on the next year, or
it will be fixed time (i.e. no time change between summer and
winter).</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
