<P><FONT SIZE=2>I have been continuing to track Canadian Daylight Saving Legislation changes.<BR>
Not much has changed since I posted a summary of new Legislation back in the summer.<BR>
I have assembled a web page with links to goverment legislation which may (or may not) be useful to some.<BR>
The web page also includes a list of time zone regions for each province and territory.<BR>

I received an e-mail from Tom Lysyk who is the Senior Director of Corporate Affairs for<BR>
the City of Lloydminster.<BR>
He stated in his e-mail:<BR>
"The City of Lloydminster plans to follow Alberta Daylight Saving<BR>
time. The principle and the practice is as set out in the<BR>
'Lloydminster Charter' and will be followed regardless of an<BR>
amendment. It is very difficult to amend the Charter because<BR>
it requires an Order-in-Council passed in both Legislatures<BR>
and when it is not a priority to them, things do not progress<BR>
very rapidly."<BR>

At this point in time I have no updates for the database.<BR>
<BR>
We are still waiting to hear from:<BR>
-Province of Newfoundland & Labrador<BR>
-Nunavut Territory<BR>
-Province of Saskatchewan (for the small part of the province that uses DST)<BR>
