tz@lecserver.nci.nih.gov couple of times and got bounced and now I am sending it
directly to you.</FONT> <BR><BR><FONT face=sans-serif size=2>I downloaded the
tzdata2006p.tar.gz and found that the time zone rules for Istanbul, Turkey
(<I>File name: europe in tzdata2006p.tar.gz</I>) are outdated. The time
zone rules for Istanbul, Turkey have not been changed for years now. It
seems like that it was last updated in year 1985 or so.
