I am looking for a time zone database to use in C-Programming.<BR>
The database descriptions are followed:<BR>
-Text File easy for processing with C<BR>
-Contain Map Element, instead of Zone-By-Name<BR>
-Example: have vector lines that represent timezone boundary with the vector vertices in longitude and latitude coordinate.<BR>

I notice the Olson Database doesn't contain such boundary line element.<BR>
And I am wondering where I might be able to obtain such database.<BR>
