rather 2007-12-31 0:00. I agree that without further information
it</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

likely to be 2007-12-30 0:00 as Paul Eggert has proposed for a tz
database</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

actual text of the (future) law would be helpful.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
