<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>Australia/Sydney<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Using the icu java classes <a
href="http://www.icu-project.org/">http://www.icu-project.org/</a> to read from
the tz-database is producing the same results.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Doing some testing, the daylight savings offset doesn’t
come into effect until doesn’t start until the 26<sup>th</sup> October. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>But has in actual fact daylight savings in Melbourne and
Sydney has already started (5<sup>th</sup> October).<o:p></o:p></p>
