Nacional</A> - Brazilian Official Timekeeper) states (see:<A
href="http://pcdsh01.on.br/Fusbr.htm"> Brazilian Official Time Map out side of
DST period</A> and <A
href="http://pcdsh01.on.br/FusoBR_HVCorrente.htm">Brazillian Official Time Map
during DST period</A>) Olson data is correct and there is no DST in Manaus since
