<p>It's been just published the official decree, stating new dates for the end and start of DST</p>
<p>Daylight Saving time will end on "last saturday of april at 24:00" (27/Apr) and shall start on "first saturday of september" (07/Sep) at the same hour.</p>
<p>Also, the decree says these rules will be valid only on 2013</p>
