<div dir="ltr">The decree issued on 2013 (d.10780) about DST sets the date on the last Sunday of March as a permanent rule (that is, until next decree), so I guess <a href="http://timeanddate.com" target="_blank">timeanddate.com</a> is incorrect.</div>
