To get the ball rolling on this, I installed the obvious patch (attached) to the experimental version of the tz database on github. Since the clocks don't change until October, I'd like to give people a week or so to look it over, and then generate a new tz release soon after that. In particular I would like to compare your nice new map against our textual list.<br>
