Hello!  Unfortunately I can&#39;t read Latvian, but I guess you&#39;re asking about sources of information for timekeeping in Latvia.  All that we know is in the &#39;europe&#39; file in the tzdata distribution.  I suggest looking there, near the Europe/Riga entry.  You can find a copy of the latest experimental version here:<br>
