Thanks, this is good news, as it should let us redistribute the file as part of the tz database. To make the legal situation clear to everybody, would you please state the copying terms in or near the files in question? For example, you could add the following text to the contents of <<a href="https://hpiers.obspm.fr/iers/bul/bulc/Leap_Second.dat" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://hpiers.obspm.fr/iers/<wbr>bul/bulc/Leap_Second.dat</a>>:<br>
