| This doesn't sound plausible, since in 2018 the US is scheduled to switch<br>
| back on November 4. Presumably the "November 5" is a typo.<br>
<br>
Either that, or the 2018 is a typo and they mean 2017. While we'd all<br>
like decisions like this to me made and announced 15 months in advance,<br>
that isn't typical politician behaviour, 3 months would be more typical.<br>
