</span>In 2018 the Fiji school term started January 15, which was the first<br>
Monday after the week containing January 7. However, in 2017 the school<br>
term started January 16, even though January 9 was the first Monday<br>
after the week containing January 7. So I'm afraid that I'm not seeing<br>
the pattern here.<br>
