I've worked at places that used 13 4-week pay periods rather than paying us<br>
monthly. That doesn't require a calendar change.<br>

I'd also seen a version of this where January, April, July, October, and<br>
December have 31 days and the other seven months 30 days. 30th and 31st<br>
December are both Saturdays. In leap years there's a 31st June that's also<br>
a Saturday.<br>
