Portugal at <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://dre.pt/">https://dre.pt/</a> and searched for 'hora de verão'.<br>
The results are sparse, but what I find on legal texts does not
indicate any interruption of the 1916 law for the year 1950.<br>
