[UA-discuss] It only seems likes it's been quiet...

One problem with the Sunday all-day slot is that there are many competing events.

One way to deal with this is that we could take the all-day session and divide it into several issue-specific sessions now - say two 90-minute sessions in the morning and two in the afternoon. Then people can choose which parts to attend a UA session and that will allow them to plan for other sessions.

During that session, I'd like one to focus on communications and awareness planning (including estimating a budget for it). Another should probably focus on technical IDN email issues. Others on this list are more qualified to hammer out an agenda.

The existing meeting slot during the week - is that for a public session, similar to the session in Singapore?

We - the steering group - could have a close out meeting on Thursday, 90 minutes, to set actions and build momentum for the next few months. That would be a smaller meeting and so we can probably get a room for that.

Two or three examples would suffice, and are essential for clear understanding of what UA is trying to achieve.
