Attached is the near-final letter that ICANN will post and also send to
Steve Crocker. I have updated affiliations and added names as people have
expressed interest in signing on.



Christian, over to you for a final look-through before saying “ship it” to
Cyrus.

I’m not sure how Jothan came into the signature list.



And, while everyone else has some affiliation, I’m happy to also be
affiliated with I2 (my consulting business), PIP (Pacific Internet Partners
- I’m a co-chair) or Book Haven (a book shop that uses the Internet) - or I
can be left unaffiliated.

I updated the letter into one that goes to the ICANN Board of Directors.
Along the way, I did some copy editing – not taking away any of the
substance, but cleaning up the language and the flow. Both redline and
clean versions attached.
