[UA-discuss] Microsoft outlook's support of idn email

This is a pedantic point, but I've noticed it cause confusion in casual
conversation, which is why I'm mentioning it.

"IDN" means "internationalized domain name", so "IDN email" should mean
"email address with an internationalized domain name in it." For example:

ASCII at IDN.IDN

In the context of universal acceptance, we are talking about "email address
internationalization" (EAI), which has a broader scope---an
internationalized local-part---and different RFCs than "IDN email":
